Availability:  Everything can be done via video chat or over the phone, but just let us know if you want to meet in person. Saturday meetings are typically not available due to our event schedules.

Emails from us: You will receive a few emails along the way. Some of those will be reminders to fill out your ceremony and reception planners. 
 
Wedding day timeline: It's quite likely that your photographer, venue, and coordinator will have a timeline. We will adapt to whichever you are most comfortable with. 
​The Music: Of course, this is the most important thing to me. Take your time to work on the ceremony and reception planning forms, or send me a link to your favorite Spotify playlists.  Here are the most popular songs for your first dance. 

Scheduled meeting: A month prior to your wedding, we will discuss your plans. We can meet in person or by video. We will collect the final balance at that time.

Arrival/set-up:  On your wedding day, We typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony.

Gratuities: Tipping is optional, but always greatly appreciated! Most vendors typically see 10-20% tips (if they knock it out of the park).

Reviews: They are a very important part of our business, as they assist those planning weddings to know how everything transpired with us. Even a simple review will provide valuable first-hand insight and help us better serve others in the future. We will send you a link after you return from your honeymoon.
